Mum of 2 amazing little people and dog mum to a crazy staffy pup! When I’m not soaking up time in family life, I’m deeply committed to supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and beyond into postpartum.

Birth and biology have always been a passion of mine, and this has grown into a carefully considered range of offerings to support women during one of the most transformative times of their lives. I believe wholeheartedly in the body’s innate wisdom and its incredible ability to birth babies. I’ve grown and birthed two babies now, one in hospital and one at home without any midwives (which was my favourite!)

As a mother who has been through the maternity system twice now, my work is centred around supporting women who want to reclaim their power, trust their bodies, and feel informed, confident, and nurtured throughout their birth journey. If you want to release any fear or anxieties and you value your birthing experience, whether that’s your first or fifth and you want to make sure you have as positive experience as possible - then I’m here for you.

I offer Birth support for ALL types of birth — Homebirth, Freebirth, Hospital birth, Induction of Labour and C-Sections. I do this because I want to be there supporting women to step into their power and receive the care they & their baby deserve in every scenario!

I offer Pregnancy and Postnatal Massage, Hypnobirthing Courses, and Birth and Postnatal Doula Support across Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire and the Cotswolds. It is a true honour to walk alongside women and families during this sacred time, something I don’t take for granted. I also offer Power Hour calls — a zoom call booked with me to discuss anything you want about your upcoming birth or pregnancy questions, even birth planning.
